内 容 摘  要
 随着互联网（Internet）的迅速发展和广泛普及， Web网站的应用改变了传统媒体对信息的传递速度。人们获取信息的来源已经不再仅仅限于报纸、电视、广播等媒体。通过互联网使人们进行网上交流，突破时间和空间的限制，使得全球各地的人们能共享更多的资源。
 本信息发布系统正是基于此目的，采用了ASP和Access 2003作为系统开发工具，以“便捷、高速、时效”作为开发理念。可以实时地对信息发布、信息更新和信息管理及友情链接管理、公告栏的实时更新。在后台管理员可以进行添加、删除、修改、查询等操作且登陆后即可进行信息发布，可以满足现代信息发布的需求。

 ABSTRACT
 
   With the rapid development and the widespread popularization of the Internet, the website’s appliance have greatly changed the tradition media’s impress speed. People gain information’s ways are not limiting to the newspaper, television, broadcast and so on. The Internet enables people all over the world communicate on line, breaks through the limit of the time and space, but share more resources.
 This information publish system is just based on that purpose, take the “conveniency, speediness and in time” as the motive of designing ,using the design tools: ASP and Access 2003,based on . NET platform .It can be used to release information in real time. At the same time ,the system have the functions like managing vote block and  supervising the information, besides, we can run the consulting block and bulletin block. In the background administrators can do the jobs as follows: appending, deleting, modifying and querying functions. After login he or she can publish information immediately. This system can meet the demand of modern information release.
