文档编号:BZ008 文档字数:16080.页数:29 摘 要:本文主要介绍了果蔬的商品特性,及运输过程中影响果蔬品质的因素,为果蔬的包装保护确定方向。参考各文献学习研究了香蕉采后物流包装中的主要技术方法:贮运过程中温度,气体浓度的控制;物理保护防止机械伤;病虫害的防治;催熟的主要方法及选用等。拟定将3吨香蕉,在夏季由汽车从广州运至浙江。综合利用包装技术、包装材料、包装工艺、运输包装、包装物流等知识,为香蕉设计合理的包装及运输方案,以最大限度提高果蔬产品附加值。 关键词:果蔬;物流;包装;保鲜;香蕉 Abstract: This article mainly introduces the characteristics of fruit and vegetable products, the influence factors of quality in transport process to determine the direction of fruit and vegetable packing. Reference to the literature study ,the logistics of the post-harvest banana packaging technology in the main method: the process of storage temperature, gas concentration control; physical protection against mechanical injury; prevention and control of pests and diseases; ripening of the main methods and qualities and so on. Three tons of bananas will be transported from Guangzhou to Zhejiang by car drawn up in summer.Comprehensive utilization of packaging technology, packaging materials, packaging techniques, transport packaging, packaging logistics knowledge, for the banana-designed packaging and transportation program in order to maximize value-added fruit and vegetable products.
