摘  要

随着国际间交流与合作的日趋频繁，英语作为公认的语言交流工具，将在人们的生活中扮演越来越重要的角色。如何学好英语已经成为了一个重要的研究课题。而如今多媒体网络技术已经是现代英语教学的重要组成部分，为大学英语课堂教学拓展了广阔的空间。视、听、说作为学习英语的三大基本要素，大学英语视、听、说自主学习网站在网络学习环境中，向学习者提供大量的英语学习资源，在学生主体进行信息获取、信息运用的实践中培养学生主体的自主学习能力。
在本文中介绍了目前高校英语教学的现状，同时，简要概述了教学手段与信息技术相结合的发展趋势。本课题要研究的基本内容是建设一个面向在校大学生，提供英语视、听、说学习资源和学习平台的英语专题网站。在文章中阐述了网站的设计思路，模块分析与设计，其中，重点介绍了各个模块功能的实现。

ABSTRACT

 As the international exchange and cooperation is becoming more frequently, English as a official  language tool has played a more and more important role in people's life. How to learn English has become an important research topic. Today, the technology of multi-media network has been an important component of the  modern English language teaching and it bring a vast expansion of space for traditional college English teaching . Visual, hearing, saying as the three basic factors  in learning English that the College English’ said audio-visual self-study website in the network learning environment has provide English learners for a large number of learning resources to cultivate the self-study ability of the students by the access to get information, use information and practice it in daily life.
 In this article presents the current status of college English teaching ，at the same time, give a brief overview of teaching methods and information technology trends. The  issue is to build a college students content-oriented special website in English, as the platform's for provision of English, listening, learning resources . In the article has stated about the  analysis and module design of website ,thereinto , focuses on the realization of the various modules.
