基于PB的中晟电子厂人事管理系统的设计与实现

摘要

 本^论文是针对中晟电子厂人事信息管理系统进行设计。详细分析了人事管理工作的业务流程和客户需求，以Power Builder作为开发工具，数据库的开发使用ASA Anywhere。
 本系统的界面采用自定义窗体和系统窗体相结合的方式建立，采用绑定控件访问数据库和数据访问对象，并使用SQL查询语句对系统的查询功能进行编译。
 本系统界面良好、操作简单、比较实用、时效性强，只要稍加修改就可以应用到其他单位。

ABSTRACT

 This article is about Research and Analysis of Personal Management Information System Based on PowerBuilder especially for Zhongsheng Electronic Factory. It analyses business procedure and customer's demand of personal management and designs the system. It accomplishes the building and maintaining of backstage supporter's database and the development of forestage supporter's application program which based on many oriented object tools of development provided by PowerBuilder.
 The system's database is ASA Anywhere. The interface of the system is established with a combination of self-definition window and system window. Mean the while, the system uses Data-bound to control the visit database and data accessing objects two access methods, and uses the Structural Query Language to compile the system's query function.
 This system is very practical and easy to use, what’s more, it is time-sensitive and the interface works well. With minor changes,the system can be well applied to other enterprises.
