摘要

 在信息社会中，企业只有利用各种先进的管理方式和技术手段实现信息的高度集成，提高获取信息、分析、利用信息的能力，发展知识经济，才能在激烈的市场竞争中获取优势。迅速发展起来的酒店行业，为了提高自身的管理水平，加强竞争能力，提高经济效率等，需要动态掌握酒店各个环节中信息的变更，必然离不开计算机的帮助。本文论述了分析、开发、设计一个酒店管理系统的过程。
 本系统是根据酒店对客房管理的情况用Visual C# 进行开发的，包括了五大模块：客房管理、费用管理、查询管理、报表管理、系统管理。这些模块基本上满足了酒店在客房管理等方面的需求，并实现对酒店管理的科学化、规范化。有助于提高管理的效率，提高整个酒店的工作自动化程度。本系统具有操作简单，灵活性好、安全性高，运行稳定的性能。

ABSTRACT

 In the information society, the enterprise can obtain the advantage in the intense competition only when they make use of various advanced management and the technique, which is mean the information's high integration and develop the ability of information's obtain, analyzes, use and knowledge-based economy. with the quickly development of the industry, the hotel industry in order to improve the management level of themselves, strengthen the ability of competition, improve the economic efficiency and so on. they need to control the each link of the information's alteration of the hotel. and all of these can't get away from the help of the computer. this text discusses the procedure of analysis, developing, designing a hotel management system.
 The management system is the circumstance that manages to the hotel according to the some hotel to carry on the development with the Visual C#, which includes five modules: guest rooms management, cost management,inquiry management, report forms management, system management. these modules piece satisfies the basically need of the hotel. this system can carry out the hotel's management being scientific and the norm turn. it also give some help in raising the management's efficiency,to raise the exaltation of the work automation degree and it's agility,high security,good stability in circulating and easy to operate.
