基于ASP的电信客户自助服务系统的设计与实现

摘  要
 
 20世纪末，随着计算机科学的不断发展和广泛应用，使人们的工作效率得到不断的提高。互联网的发展，更是缩短了人与人之间的距离，如何充分利用互联网，是大家共同关注的问题，其中数据库技术在Internet中的应用就是个值得探讨的课题。
 本次毕业设计的题目是基于ASP的电信客户自助服务系统的设计与实现。系统的开发基于ASP，ACCESS 2000，Dreamweaver MX 2004等开发技术和工具来实现。该系统主要包括前台用户自主服务模块和管理员后台管理模块两部分。前台主要用于实现普通用户的注册和登录；修改用户注册信息与注册密码；查询话费余额、通话记录、积分活动等信息；浏览国内新闻、国际新闻、热点新闻及滚动广告；进入论坛对系统进行反馈意见或发表友好建议。后台主要用于实现管理员对数据库中消息信息的更新与用户信息的维护，例如修改个人信息与密码、添加新闻数据与用户查询信息数据等。

ABSTRACT
 
 End of the 20th century, with the development of computer science and its wide application, we can complete our work more and more effectively and the growing of Internet also make people closed with each other. So, how to use Internet is a problem that we focus on and the application of database technology in Internet is valuable project for discussing.
 The title of this graduation project is self-service system for telecommunications customer based on ASP. The development of this system is based on many development tools and technology to achieve, such as the ASP, ACCESS 2000, Dreamweaver MX 2004 and so on. The self-service system mainly includes the onstage of customer operation and the backstage of management by managers.  The onstage is the realization of registration and login for users, and then they can modify their information and password, select the charges, select the call records, select the points and browse several kinds of news. Moreover, users also can enter the forum to submit their advice about this system. The backstage manager is mainly responsible for maintenance of users’ information stored in the database. For example, the manager can modify his (her) information and password, add information that users select, insert news information into the database and so on.
