摘要

互联网信息技术为企业发展带来了机遇,也面临了挑战。改进企业内部经营机制,公正、客观、全面、快捷地评估员工的业绩,实现以人为本的经营战略,提高人事管理工作的效率是企业立足发展,开拓未来,领先同行业的关键。
本文叙述了一个人事管理系统形成的全过程，本系统采用了软件工程的思想，B/S模式设计，JSP为前台，java script为客户端脚本语言和SQLServer2000为后台数据库，使用MVC设计模式和Hibernate的HQL实现数据库访问查询，实现了密码修改，权限设置，员工信息管理，部门信息管理等功能。
本系统是根据具体情况和要求而开发的一套完善的人力资源管理系统。其目的在于为人力资源管理的有关部门提供优质、高效的业务管理和事务处理。本系统采用安全可靠的处理和控制技术，及时、准确、可靠地采集和传输信息，建立完备、可靠的处理机制，提高工作效率，减少出错率。

ABSTRACT

Internet information technology, business development opportunities, face challenges. Improve the internal management mechanism, fair, objective, comprehensive, and quickly assess the performance of employees to achieve people-centered business strategy, improve the efficiency of personnel management is based on enterprises development, ushering in the future, the key to leading the industry.
This paper describes the formation of a personnel management system, the whole process, including the part of the presentation. The system uses the idea of software engineering, B / S model design, JSP for the front, java script is client-side scripting language and mssql2000 as the background database, using the MVC design patterns and Hibernate's HQL query of database access to achieve the password changes, personnel information management, permissions, employee information management, department of information management.
The system is based on the specific circumstances and requirements of the development of a comprehensive human resources management system. The purpose of the relevant departments for human resources management to provide quality and efficient business management and transaction processing. This system uses secure processing and control technology, timely, accurate, reliable collection and transmission of information, to establish a complete and reliable processing system, improve efficiency, reduce error rates.
