小区物业信息管理系统设计与实现

摘要

 随着市场经济的迅速发展和人们生活水平的不断提高，住宅式小区已经成为人们安居乐业的首选起始点。住宅小区规模的不断扩大和住户的不断增多，相关物业信息的管理质量和档次就受到越来越多的关注。而随着计算机科学技术的日益普及，利用计算机来实现小区物业信息的管理势在必行。这套小区物业信息管理系统通过实际的需求分析，对小区各项常见的业务包括物业设备，停车场，设备维护和修理等及小区房产和住户的基本信息进行智能化的管理，采用成熟简单容易操作的VISAUL BASIC作为开发工具，采用SQL Server做后台数据库，整个系统操作简便，界面友好，灵活使用，更高效安全。本^论文详细的论述了该小区物业信息管理系统的需求分析，系统分析，系统开发和实现等步骤和过程。

ABSTRACT

 With the rapid development of the market economy and the great raise of people living conditions, dormitory has became the principle choice of people to settle down and start with their enterprises. The enlarged area of the dormitory and the increased number of residents make the quality and grade of the management of correlative estate information be paid more attention. Meanwhile, with the popularization of the computer technology, it is more urgent to use computer to actualize the intelligent management and maintenance. This estate information management system collects actual and detailed requirements from common varieties of business such as facilities equipments, parking, operation and maintenance of equipments and basic information of residents and dormitory, use VISUAL BASIC as the exploit tool and SOL server to establish the database. This paper detailed discuss the analysis of requirements, analysis and actualization of the system and other processes.
