基于JSP的智能办公系统的设计与实现

摘要

 现代社会计算机和网络技术的应用已经渗透到企业的日常工作中。智能化办公发展到现在已经比较成熟，目前一般都采用基于工作流的分析模式，面向对象的分析设计方法，分析工作流中的^论文与角色，以及它们各自的属性，建立起企业智能化办公模型，实现智能化办公。
 本文首先针对企业办公事务中存在的一些问题，采用容易扩展的B/S架构，J2EE开发平台，结合需求，应用办公自动化、数据库以及网络服务理论与技术构建智能化办公系统。系统提供了企业办公所需要的基本功能，并且操作简单，稳定安全，通过该系统可以实现企业无地域办公，提高企业竞争力。同时系统和一个企业的业务结合的非常紧密，甚至是定制的。因而可以将诸如信息采集、查询、统计等功能与具体业务密切关联。操作人员只须点击一个按钮就可以得到想要的结果，从而极大得方便了企业领导的管理和决策。

ABSTRACT
 
 At present, computer and network technology has penetrated into the daily work of enterprises. The development of intelligent office is now more mature, the current is generally based on the analysis of workflow model, object-oriented analysis and design methods, analysis of the document workflow and roles, as well as their respective properties, to establish enterprise intelligent office models of office machines.
  In this paper, first of all，for the problems in daily jobs, to use the B/S architecture which easy to expand, J2EE development platform, combine with the demand, employ the office automation, databases, network services and technology to build a theory of intelligent office systems. The system provides corporate office functions required by the basic and simple operation, stability, security, the system can be realized through a regional office enterprises, improving the competitiveness of enterprises. Thus can be such as information collection, information, statistics and other functions closely associated with the specific business. Operators only need to click a button to get the desired results, which have greatly facilitated the management of business leaders and decision-making.
