^论文字数:13566,页数:46 摘要 人事管理在整个企业的管理中占据重要地位,它合理的分配人力资源及正确的考核员工,提高了企业的工作业绩。然而传统的人工管理文件档案,维护考勤登记等人事信息的方式,既慢又分散,已经不能满足时代的需求。运用计算机进行人事管理,它适应现代企业制度要求,推动企业人事管理走向科学化,规范化和自动化。 ABSTRACT Advanced enterprise strategies come from appropriate human resource assembly and reasonable personnel assessment, which are two main parties in personnel management. However, traditional human handed profile management of personnel attendance or salary calculation is so inefficient and disorder. It can not keep pace with the fast development of enterprise modernization. Therefore, computerized personnel management will improve clerks’ work efficiency dramatically. Meanwhile, it meets the need of current enterprise working system and become An Achilles Heel of personnel management to prevent moving towards scientific, standardization and automation.
