摘要
 随着信息技术的不断发展，信息技术对社会进步和国民经济发展起着越来越大的促进作用，并对传统的思想观念和工作方式带来了巨大的冲击。在信息化时代，计算机已经进入了各行各业，同时也促进了各行各业的发展，因此，像以前的手工操作已经不可取了。公司员工个人信息管理系统的计算机软件开发是势在必行,如何利用先进的管理手段,提高企业员工信息管理的水平,是当今社会所面临的一个课题。提高企业管理水平,必须全方位地提高企业管理意识。只有高标准、高质量的管理才能满足企业的发展需求。面对信息时代的挑战,利用高科技手段来提高企业员工信息管理无疑是一条行之有效的途径。在某种意义上,信息与科技在企业管理与现代化建设中显现出越来越重要的地位。员工管理方面的信息化与科学化,已成为现代化生活水平步入高台阶的重要标志。

Abstract
 Along with information technology's unceasing development, the information technology develops more and more big promoter action to the social progress and the national economy, and has brought the huge impact on the traditional ideological concept and the working. In the informationization time, the computer already entered the various trades and occupations, simultaneously also promoted various trades and occupations' development, therefore, looked like the before manual operation already not to be possible to take. The company staff individual information management system's computer software development is imperative, how to use the advanced management tool, enhances the enterprise staff information management the level, is a topic which the society faces now. Raises the business management level, must raise the business management consciousness omni-directionally. Only then high standard, the high grade management can meet enterprise's development need. Facing information age's challenge, uses the high tech method to enhance the enterprise staff information management is an effective way without doubt. In some sense, the information and the science and technology appear more and more important status in the business management and the modernization. The staff manages the aspect the informationization and the scientific style, has become the modernization living standard to march into the high stair's important symbol.
