宿舍管理信息系统的设计与开发

摘要

 现今加强住宿管理逐渐成为高校关注的焦点,利用计算机和网络化的手段,开发出相应的宿舍管理软件就具有十分重要的现实意义。本文介绍了宿舍管理信息系统的设计与开发过程，首先简要介绍了系统的开发背景及意义；其次进行了可行性分析、需求分析等系统分析；然后将系统分为九大基本功能模块，包括系统管理、宿舍管理、学生入住管理、报表生成、物品管理、维修管理、来访管理、学生信息查询和用户维护；之后详细记录了运用SQL Server数据库管理系统和PowerBuilder开发工具进行系统开发的详细过程；最后文章指明了系统的现实意义以及系统的开发前景。该^论文所设计的宿舍管理信息系统可以满足高校宿舍管理实际需要，实现了宿舍管理的自动化和信息化。

ABSTRACT

 Nowadays, improving dormitory management turns to the focal point in campuses. developing relevant Dormitory MIS Software ( Dormitory Management Information System Software) by computers and network has important significance. This thesis talked about the process of designing and developing the Dormitory MIS Software. Firstly, briefly introduce the background and significance of this Dormitory MIS Software. Then analysis the system including requirement analysis and feasibility analysis. Secondly, the system function is divided to nine functional modules which are system management, dormitory management, student residential management, report form, object management, maintenance management, visiting management, student information management and self-help management. And then, specifically record the process of developing system by SQL Server as DBMS (Database Management System) and PowerBuilder as develop tool. At the end, clear the function and orientate in future. The Dormitory MIS Software in this thesis is able to satisfy the need of actual dormitory management and make it automation and informatization.
