娜娜公司客户管理系统设计与实现

摘  要

随着计算机技术的飞速发展，信息技术全面地渗透到人类社会的各个方面，信息化成为世界经济和社会发展的大趋势。客户是企业的生存之本，客户信息资料对企业来说至关重要。在此次研究中，针对娜娜公司客户营销中普遍存在的客户资源利用率低的问题，为提升工作效率、深度挖掘客户需求、提供科学决策，为业务的快速发展提供有力保障，开发了这个企业客户管理系统。面对各种不同种类的信息，需要合理的数据库结构来保存数据信息以及有效的程序结构支持各种数据操作的执行。通过这样的系统，可以做到信息的规范管理、科学统计和快速的查找，充分利用计算机的功能实现对客户管理、系统管理等的自动化控制从而减少管理方面的工作量。本系统结合娜娜公司实际的客户管理的情况，经过实际的需求分析，以Tomcat网络信息服务作为应用服务器，采用功能强大的 MYSQL数据库和JAVA技术做为开发工具而开发网络版客户管理系统。

ABSTRACT

 Along with the computer technology rapid development, the information technology comprehensively seeps to human society's each aspect, the information turns into the major tendency which develops for the world economics and the society. In order to adapt the’ modern information management, saves he manpower, the physical resource and the financial resource, in this research, the universal existence customer resources use factor is low in view of the NANA company customer marketing in, customer manager monopolizes the customer resources and the information, helps the enterprise promotion working efficiency,. fully grasps the service personnel's achievements and customer contribution, has developed this enterprise customer management system management system facing each kind of different type information. Needs the reasonable database structure to preserve the data message as well as the effective procedure structure supports each kind of data manipulation the execution. Through such system, may achieve the information the standard management, the science statistics and the fast search, fully uses the computer the function realization to the customer management, the system administration and so on the automated control thus the reduced management aspect work load.
