基于JSP的华茂房产网设计与实现

摘  要

 伴随着电子商务的蓬勃发展，网络房产中介公司作为网络发展的一种形式正以其高效、低成本的优势，逐步成为一个新的模式。本文针对温州华茂公司现状，在充分的调研基础上，运用软件开发基础理论，参考电子商务网络的设计规范，采用JSP技术设计开发了该网站。该网站分用户部分和管理员部分，用户部分主要包括用户注册，用户发布房屋信息、普通用户评价房产信息，个人资料管理，留言板管理等功能；管理员部分主要包括房屋信息管理，留言评价管理，区域管理，房产新闻管理，用户信息管理等功能。建立后的网站是一个动态、交互式、具有房屋信息提供、系统管理、用户留言等功能的房产中介网站。

Abstract

 Along with the rapid development of e-commerce, the housing company of on-line develop as a form of network is its high efficiency, low-cost advantages, has gradually become a new business model. In the view of the Wenzhou Company present situation, with the full investigation and studying foundation, using the software development basic theory, getting more electronic commerce network design standard, this article used the JSP technical design to develop this website.  This website includes the users’ part and the administrators’ part. The users part include user registration, users of housing information, general user evaluation of real estate information, personal information management, message board management functions; The administrators part include the Housing information management, message evaluation management, regional management, real estate information management, information management and other functions. The website which have been sited is a dynamic, interactive, with housing information, system management, user messages and other functions of the Estate Agents website.
