基于JSP学生科技创新项目申报系统的设计与实现

摘要

 高校科研创新项目管理的相关部门，顺应IT时代发展浪潮，对科技项目的管理提出了科技管理信息化，科学化的要求。然而，大量的科技创新项目的申请，以及申报途中一系列复杂烦琐的手续，这些问题严重加大了高校科研管理的难度。增强高校科技创新项目管理的信息化、规范化、科学化，开发高校科研管理系统，成为每一个软件开发人员关注的焦点。
 本文主要论述基于JSP学生科技创新项目申报系统的开发技术。该系统采用B/S模式开发，秉承MVC设计理念，使用Hibernate框架，理清系统模块，缩短了编码时间，大大提高了开发效率。
 本系统提供了对学生的科技创新项目从注册、填报修改、撤销、受理、分配、审查、初审、专家评审，直到立项通过全过程的服务。该系统对于用户来说，正是用户需要的一种操作简单，容易接受且最为简单有效的安全的申报方式。

ABSTRACT

 Scientific innovation project management-related departments，following the wave of IT development，have proposed scientific innovation projects information，technological and scientific requirements．However，a large number of applications for scientific and technological innovation projects，as well as a series of complex and tedious procedures of projects application，seriously cause the difficulty of university research management．To improve the science and technology innovation project management progress，we must develop management information system，which is every software developer focus on．    This article focuses on development technologies of Based-JSP Students’ Science and Technology Innovation Project Application System．The system uses B/S model development，MVC design pattern，and Hibernate，which is one of the three popular frameworks in Java．We find it easy to define modules of this system，to reduce the time of coding，and to improve the efficiency at last by using these technologies．    This system provides the whole convenient service from registering user to applying project sucessfully for students．Of course，expert judge is the most important part in the whole service．For users，it is a simple，easy system to apply and secure projects，and it is the most effective project application system．
