减排项目管理系统的分析与设计
摘要

改革开放以来国家经济快速发展，随之而来的环境问题也逐渐暴露出来。在国家“十二五规划”制定执行之际，珠海市环保局按照广东省有关污染物排放总量控制的有关规定，委托北京理工大学珠海学院研究开发配合珠海市“十二五”主要污染物总量控制规划的总量控制管理信息系统。
珠海市污染物总量控制管理信息系统减排项目管理子系统，是一个用于对珠海市减排项目实现信息化管理的信息管理系统。它的主要功能是管理珠海市所有的减排项目数据，实现对减排项目信息的动态监测和展示。
本系统采用结构化的分析与设计方式，采用B/S模式，使用JSP网络开发技术，Orical 9i数据库，用JFreeChart来进行图形展示。

In the People's Republic of China national economic and social development the twelfth five year plan for execution, In accordance with the related of guangdong province pollutant total amount control regulations, Zhuhai environmental protection bureau entrust BIT Zhuhai to do Research and development of a Total Control Management Information System In order to coordinate Zhuhai national economic and social development the twelfth five year plan
Zhuhai emission reduction projects informatization management information management system, is a used to zhuhai Total Control Management Information System. Its primary function is to manage all the emission reduction projects to realize emission reduction projects data dynamic monitoring and display information.
The system uses the structural analysis and design way, using the B/S mode, using the JSP network development of technology, Orical 9i database, with JFreeChart for graphics display .
