^论文字数:16586,页数:53 摘要 21世纪,银行业处在一个以客户为导向的金融时代,积极收集客户信息并进行充分的数据挖掘、调整和创新服务项目,设计出高附加值、个性特色强的金融产品是银行经营的核心所在。客户信息是现代银行业经营策略的立足点。作为一种应用软件,银行客户关系数据挖掘系统利用客户关系管理和数据挖掘技术。这系统大大简化了银行系统对客户的管理过程, 从而从根本上提高了银行的办事效率。 关键词: 客户关系管理;数据挖掘;PowerBuilder;SQL Server ABSTRACT The 21st century, Banking are in a customer-oriented financial times, the core of banking operation is to produce a financial product which can collect customers’ information and make full of data mining, can adjust and create in services, design of high added-value and distinctive personality. As one of the application software, Bank CRM and data mining system make use of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and DM (Data Mining) technology. It primarily implements two basic functions: one is adding, detecting, modifying and querying the customer basic information. Especially, the querying function contains blurry querying, increment querying and accurate querying. The other function is data mining analysis, which includes credit analysis, finance analysis and personal financing analysis. Basic on these analysis, it is easy to educe the finance report. To some extend, both of the above two functions predigest Bank management process. Further more, it improves the Bank efficiency radically. According to the analysis, this design applies the technology of PowerBuilder, which is produces by the famous Sybase Company. It is the manufacturer of database application tools. Meanwhile, it also applies SQL (Structured Query Language) Server. Using PowerBuilder Language is able to provide diversified Object Oriented developing tools , which can also implement the functions expediently and laconically.
