文档编号:CL032 文档字数:10521,页数:22 摘要:淀粉羧甲基化是指一氯乙酸或其钠盐在强碱存在下对淀粉葡萄糖单元中C2 、C3和C6上的羟基醚化的过程。本文介绍了羧甲基淀粉的研究现状,合成原理和方法,并对羧甲基淀粉取代度测试的方法进行了详细的介绍。实验以淀粉为原料,无水乙醇或异丙醇为溶剂,在淀粉∶氯乙酸∶氢氧化钠= 1∶2∶4.88(摩尔比)的条件下,用溶剂法制备高粘度高取代度的羧甲基淀粉。研究了水的用量,醚化温度,溶剂的量对CMS的粘度和取代度的影响。由此通过实验数据对比确定合成高粘度高取代度CMS的最佳工艺条件。 Abstract: Starch is a carboxymethyl chloroacetice acid or alkali to exist in the sodium salt of glucose units of C2, starch on the C6 C3 and hydroxyl etherification procedure. The paper introduces the present research carboxymethyl starch synthesis principle and method, and the substitution degree of carboxymethyl starch test methods were introduced in detail. Experiment with starch as raw materials, anhydrous alcohol or isopropyl alcohol solvent in starch, chloroacetic acid, sodium hydroxide = 1:2:4.88 (Moore ratio), under the condition of high viscosity prepared by solvent high-substitute degree of carboxymethyl starch. Study the dosage of the water temperature, etherification, solvent quantity of CMS viscosity and substitution degree. By contrast experiment data synthesis of high viscosity determination high-substitute degree of CMS. 目 录
