高沸硅油的合成及应用

摘要: 本文通过甲醇醇解、中和剂中和的工艺合成出高沸硅油，研究结果表明：温度升高，醇解度也增加，甲醇用量增加，由于位阻效应，醇解很快就达到一恒定数值。由于中和产物在甲醇中溶解程度的不同，导致NaOH、碳酸钙、碳酸氢铵等中和剂中和水解物后，形成中和产物与油及甲醇混合的糊状物，分离困难，而尿素则适合做中和剂。同时，中和时随新鲜甲醇用量增加，中和到终点所需要的尿素用量下降，并逐渐达到一恒定值。而中和后所获得的高沸硅油得率则下降，并且下降程度逐渐增加。

Abstract:In this paper, methanol alcoholysis, neutralizer and the process of synthesis of high-boiling oil, the results show that: temperature, alcoholysis degree increase in the amount of methanol increased, due to steric effect of alcohol to reach a solution soon constant value. And as a result of the product dissolved in methanol in varying degrees, resulting in NaOH, calcium carbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, etc. and Hydrolyzate neutralizer, the formation and the product of methanol with the oil and the paste mixture, separation difficulties, and urea neutralizer is suitable. At the same time, and when the amount of methanol increased with the fresh, and to the end of the required amount of urea decreased and gradually reached a constant value. And the post yield of high boiling silicone oil fell, and gradually increase the degree of decline.
