汽液相平衡数据测定及可靠性检验的研究

摘 要：汽液平衡数据是化学工业发展新产品、开发新工艺、减少能耗、进行三废处理的重要基础数据之一。化工生产中的蒸馏和吸收等分离过程设备的改造与设计、革新以及对最佳工艺条件的选择,都需要精确可靠的汽液平衡数据。
介绍对汽液相平衡数据检验方法的初步研究,文中主要采用汽液平衡釜测定了在常压（101.33kPa）及减压（50.00Kpa）情况下乙醇-水二元体系在不同原料组成时的沸点、汽相﹑液相，分析其组成并用Herington面积法检验汽液相平衡数据（汽相x，液相y，压力p，温度T），得到很好的热力学一致性。

Abstract: Vapor-liquid equilibrium data is the chemical industry to develop new products, develop new technology to reduce energy consumption, waste handling an important basis for one of the data. Chemical production in the separation process such as distillation and absorption equipment, transformation and design, innovation and the choice of the optimal process conditions, require accurate and reliable vapor-liquid equilibrium data.
Introduction of the VLE data verification preliminary research, mainly determined by vapor liquid equilibrium at atmospheric pressure (101.33kPa) and (50.00Kpa) of ethanol -water binary system composed of different materials when the boiling point, vapor phase，liquid, analyze its composition and method using Herington area test vapor-liquid equilibrium data (vapor phase x, liquid y, pressure p, temperature T) is the thermodynamic consistency.
