摘 要：有机硅涂层胶具有良好的阻燃性和热稳定性，他可以增强涂层强度、弹性，也可降低摩擦系数。有机硅涂层胶具有较好的渗透性、热稳定性好、表面张力低、平滑性佳、橡胶弹性和通气透湿性优良、对皮肤无刺激等特点,所以它是一种应用广泛,前景光明的纺织助剂。自从20世纪70年代以来，有机硅涂层胶在国内外迅速发展，产品性能也越来越稳定，工艺路线日趋完善，所以我们根据目前有机硅涂层胶工艺，进行此产品的工厂设计，而我所负责的是3000t/a有机硅涂层胶生产的总平面图设计。设计的内容包括行政和研发中心，生产车间的设计，仓库的设计，消防中心的设计及一些辅助设备的设计，设计采用的依据GB 50187-93和GB50016-2006.

Abstract: Silicone coating adhesive has good resistance and thermal stability, he can enhance strength, elasticity, coating can reduce the friction coefficient. Silicone coating adhesive has good permeability, good thermal stability, low, smooth the surface tension, rubber permeability good elasticity and ventilation, no stimulation to the skin etc, so it is a kind of wide application prospects of light, the textile auxiliaries. Since l970s, silicone coating adhesive products at home and abroad and rapid development, more and more stable performance, technology route has been improved, so we according to the current organic silicon coated adhesive products factory, the design, but I was responsible for the organic silicon introduces/a total floor coating adhesive production design.
