文档编号:CL110 文档字数:10106,页数:20 摘 要:本文档主要根据环硅氧烷阳离子乳液聚合的反应机理和反应特性,以十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵为阳离子乳化剂、KOH为催化剂、D4为单体来进行环硅氧烷阳离子乳液聚合,并在此基础上讨论环硅氧烷阳离子乳液聚合的条件影响因素以及聚合过程中单体的扩散规律。研究结果表明:搅拌速度和催化剂用量是两个主要的条件影响因素,搅拌速率越快,反应速率越大;KOH用量增加,聚合反应速率也增加,至一定程度再下降。此外,当聚合开始后,增溶胶束形成的乳胶粒聚合速率快,单体浓度低,单体液滴形成的乳胶粒聚合速率慢,单体浓度高,并随聚合的进行,由于扩散的作用,两者浓度差距变小,直至达到平衡状态,两者达到同样的浓度。 关键词:环硅氧烷;阳离子乳液聚合;动力学关系;单体扩散传递 Abstract: According to this thesis, Central siloxane cationic polymerization reaction mechanism and response characteristics, to 12 alkyl dimethyl benzyl bromide for cationic emulsifiers, KOH as the catalyst, D4 for the monomer for Central siloxane Cationic polymerization and on the basis of this discussion the Central siloxane cationic emulsion polymerization conditions and factors affecting the course of the proliferation of monomer.
