我国煤炭进出口研究
 
摘      要
 煤炭在中国能源消费中的基础地位长期难以改变，煤炭工业将保持旺盛的发展趋势，同时，未来中国煤炭进出口将会受到本国需求和政策变化、国际煤价、全球煤炭生产大国和出口大国的政策调整、气候变化等多方面制衡，这些因素相互作用，形成全球煤炭市场波澜起伏的一道道风景。
 本^论文以“中国煤炭进出口研究”为出发点，在全面分析我国煤炭生产与世界的联系以及我国煤炭行业的现状的基础上，结合我国煤炭进出口政策的具体内容，以新疆煤炭资源分布及新疆煤炭进出口情况为例，提出了要贯彻执行国家有关煤炭进出口政策，努力提高尚存出口煤炭企业的竞争力，从而找出走中国煤炭工业可持续发展道路的新思路。

Our coal import and export research

ABSTRACT
 China's energy consumption of coal in the basic position of the long-term is difficult to change,the coal industry will maintain a strong trend at the same time,the future will be China's coal import and export demand and domestic policy changes,international coal prices,global coal producing and exporting countries policy change,climate change,and many other checks and balances,these factors interact to form the global coal market ups and downs of a landscape.
 In this thesis,the "China Import and Export of Coal" as a starting point,a comprehensive analysis of the linkages with the world coal production and the status of China's coal industry,based on the combination of the specific content of the coal import and export policies,distribution of coal resources in Xinjiang， Xinjiang case of coal imports and exports made to implement the relevant coal import and export policies,efforts to improve the export coal remaining the competitiveness of enterprises,in order to identify with Chinese coal industry， new ideas for sustainable development.
