我国煤炭采掘业上市公司综合竞争力的实证分析
 摘要
 
 我国上市煤炭公司数量较少，但总额较多。随着经济水平的发展，煤炭依然占据着能源的主导地位。煤炭企业的竞争能力关乎国家GDP 是否能够长期保持稳定，因此研究煤炭企业竞争力具有重要意义。本文通过比较分析，并以28 家煤炭上市企业为样本对其进行分析。得出我国上市煤炭公司净资产收益率较低，净资产增长率缓慢，企业偿债能力较强，但融资能力较差。所以我国上市煤炭公司竞争力较我国经济的发展而言相对较弱。针对存在问题本文同时对上市公司提出相关的建议。

Our coal mining companies comprehensive competitiveness empirical analysis

ABSTRACT

   China's listed company quantity is less, but coal total more. Along with he economic level of development，Coal's role as basic energy of China unshakable. The coal enterprise of competitive capability have an important bearing on  GDP whether can be kept stable for a long time for our country. So it is very important to research on coal enterprise competitiveness. Through the comparative analysis, and with 28 coal listed enterprises as samples to analyze it. That Chinese listed coal company about ratio of income to net assets  is relatively low, net growth slow, enterprise debt-repaying ability is stronger, So coal companies listed on the comprehensive  of competitiveness are slower than for the development of our national economy relatively . For existing problems of the paper, puts forward related suggestions the listed company.
