创投企业财务风险及其防范措施研究

摘要
正所谓科技是第一生产力，而由科技直接带动的知识经济将成为本世纪发展的主流，作为知识经济的支柱产业，以高新技术为代表的创投企业正以前所未有的速度发展着，但与此同时，创投企业的财务工作却相对落后，不能为创投企业的投融资做出科学的决策，也不能有效防范其所带来得风险。本文研究目的在于充分认识创投企业财务管理工作特殊性，结合其高收益和高风险的财务经营特征，研究创投企业存在的风险及其特定的防范措施，来更好的指导财务管理工作，使各个阶段尽可能的做好财务决策。

ABSTRACT
So-called science and technology is the first productive force, and directly driven by science knowledge economy will become the mainstream of development, as the century knowledge economy pillar industry, and taking high-new technology as the representative to create throws the enterprise is developing at unprecedented speed, but meanwhile, creates throws the enterprise's financial work is relatively backward, not to create throws the enterprise financing to make scientific decision, also cannot effectively guard against its brings risk. This study aims to fully understand creates throws the enterprise financial management work particularity, combining with its high yield and high risk of financial management characteristics, research creates throws the enterprise existing risk and its specific preventive measures, to better guide the financial management work, make each stage as far as possible to make good financial decisions.
