浅析我国中小企业资金短缺的原因及对策
 
 摘 要
 
 随着我国经济的快速发展，中小企业已经成为我国经济的重要支柱，在扩大就业、活跃市场、增加收入、社会稳定等方面起着难以替代的作用。但目前我国中小企业自身存在实力薄弱，收益不稳定、信息不透明、抗击风险能力差、财务制度不健全、管理不严格，市场的开发能力也很有限等一些原因，再加之政府缺乏对中小企业在政策和制度上的支持，商业银行对中小企业缺乏相应的信贷机构，金融产品单一。使得中小企业融资难的问题日益严重，直接制约着中小企业可持续发展。本文首先对中小企业及资金短缺进行了界定；其次从外部环境和自身缺陷方面分析了我国中小企业资金短缺的原因；最后针对我国目前存在的问题提出了完善中小企业自身的经营、管理和发展等相应措施。

Abstract

 With China's rapid economic development, SMEs have become an important pillar of our economy, expanding employment, an active market and increase revenue, social stability plays an irreplaceable role. But the existence of SMEs in China's own strength is weak, unstable income, lack of transparency of information, poor against risk, financial systems, and management is not strict, market development capability is very limited for some reason, coupled with the lack of SMEs policy and institutional support, commercial bank credit to SMEs lack the appropriate agencies, single financial product. Makes the financing of SMEs is a growing problem, directly restricts the sustainable development of SMEs. Firstly, small and medium enterprises and shortage of funds were defined; Second, from the external environment and their own deficiencies of the reasons for the shortage of finance for SMEs; last view of the current problems by improving the SMEs in their operations, management and development corresponding measures.
