上市公司融资策略研究

摘   要

    上市公司是我国经济发展到一定阶段的产物，在国民经济中占有重要的地位，上市已经成为我国企业发展的一种趋势。上市公司的融资问题，对上市公司的生存和发展起着至关重要的作用。融资策略就是上市公司在融资行为中选择不同融资工具的行动方针和斗争方式，是一项以公司为资金融入者（即公司是资金融入主体）的融资活动。合理的融资策略能优化公司资本结构，并使公司财务管理更加有效。不同的融资策略对公司的融资结构、资本结构会造成不同的影响。合理制定公司融资策略是保证公司正常生产经营的资金需求，也是保障公司健康可持续发展的需要。
    本文就如何综合考虑各种内外因素对公司融资策略的影响，并结合公司具体情况制定科学合理的融资策略付诸实施进行了初步的探讨。

 Financing Strategies for listed companies
ABSTRACT
    Listed companies are China's economic development to a certain stage of the product, in the national economy plays an important role, the listed enterprise development has become a trend.The financing of listed companies, listed companies on the survival and development plays a vital role.Financing strategy is the financing behavior of listed companies choose different financing instruments of action and struggle, is an integration of the company for the funds (is funds into the main company) financing activities.Reasonable financing strategy to optimize capital structure and make financial management more effective.Different financing strategies of the company's financing structure, capital structure may cause different effects.Rational development of corporate finance strategy is to ensure normal production and operation of the company's funding needs, but also protect the company healthy and sustainable development.     In this paper, considering how internal and external factors on corporate financing strategy, combined with the specific circumstances of the company's financing strategy to develop a scientific and rational implementation for a preliminary study.
