某公司财务管理信息系统分析评价

内 容 摘  要
 随着企业管理的进一步深化，单纯的会计电算化核算模式已不能满足企业作为决策中心所需要的快速、及时的财务管理信息需求。财务信息化需要由单纯的会计核算型向财务管理分析型及信息系统集成型转变，进而为企业生产经营管理提供信息集成及决策辅助功能。本文通过自己在宁波朗迪叶轮机械有限公司财务管理岗位上的实习实践，分析了财务管理信息系统在公司运用中所出现的问题和不足，并据此提出对公司财务管理信息信息系统建设的优化建议。

ABSTRACT

 With the further development of enterprise management, simple pattern of the accounting computerization can not meet the needs of having rapid and timely financial management for the enterprise which is regarded as a decision-making center. The informatization of finance needs a transformation from simple accounting to financial analysis and information-based integration, and hence it can provide enterprise production and management of integrated information and decision supporting. This piece will analyze the problems and deficiencies occurred in enterprise when using the system of financial management, which is based on the practice in Ningbo Langdi Turbo Machinery Co., Ltd. as a member of financial management. And according to my practice, I propose the suggestion of optimizing enterprise financial management and information system.
