试论民营企业财务管理中存在的问题及对策

摘要
 改革开放以来，我国民营企业发展迅猛，在增强地方综合经济实力、吸纳就业、活跃市场等方面发挥着重要的作用，已成为我国国民经济中最具活力的新的经济增长点。但由于种种原因，目前民营企业遇到了许多困难和障碍，财务管理落后即是民营企业发展的阻力之一。本文就我国民营企业财务管理中所出现的问题，从财务管理的主体、客体，以及环境的内部构建方面进行系统的分析，并针对民营企业财务管理中所出现的问题，提出强化财务管理意识和信用观念；编制和执行财务预算；加强对日常经营活动的财务控制以及加强制度建设；完善企业的财务信息系统等主要对策。

 【ABSTRACT】：Since the reform and open policy has been carried out in China, the Private enterprises of our country have developed swiftly and greatly, they've been playing an important role in many aspects such as strengthening local economics, offering occupations and activating the market. The Private enterprises have already become the most active new economic point of growth. But because of kinds of reasons, the Private enterprises have encountered many difficulties and obstacles; financial management is one of the obstacles that restricted the development of the Private enterprises. This paper aims at analyzing the main body and object of financial management and the internal structural development of environment, in order to solve the problems of the financial management in Private enterprises. And then come out the solution of idea in strengthening the financial management and the concept of information credit. Strengthening the financial management of daily business and the development of regulations; perfecting financial information system of the enterprise.
