广州市民投资理财的现状与结构

摘要
 :随着经济的迅猛发展，人民的生活水平不断提高，生活方式也发生了前所未有的变化，作为改革开放前沿阵地的广东省省会――广州，受外来思想文化的影响较大，市民投资理财观念受到的冲击也较大，广州市民的观念变化在广东省，乃至全国具有典型的代表性，本文采用抽样调查的方式对广州市民的理财现状与结构进行调查。调查结果表明，广州市民由传统的单一投资转向现在的多方面投资，市民的理财方式是会根据市场的变化而发生变化的。股票和基金的投资成为他们空闲资金的主要投资方向，对保险的投入也开始加大。

Abstract:
Along with the economical rapid development, people's living standard enhances unceasingly, the life style has also had the unprecedented change, takes the reform and open policy advance position Guangdong Province provincial capital - Guangzhou, is been big the external thought culture's influence, the resident invests the impact which the managing finances idea receives to be also big, Guangzhou resident's idea change in Guangdong Province, and even the nation has the model representation, this article uses the sample investigation the way carries on the investigation to our Guangzhou resident's managing finances present situation and the structure. Guangzhou residents will change present's various investment by the traditional sole investment, resident's managing finances way are will change according to the market change. Stock and the fund investment into their idle fund's main investment trends, also starts to the safe investment to enlarge.
