企业社会责任会计信息披露问题研究
 
摘要
 
 近些年来，我们常听到“社会责任会计”一词，从20世纪60年代它产生以来就迅速发展，70年代以后成为会计发展最重要的表现，被誉为会计史上的“第四次革命”，其信息披露问题也成为各国企业与理论研究关注的焦点。我国社会责任会计起步较晚，理论研究发展十分缓慢，实务上各个企业披露的社会责任会计信息很不规范，也不完整。本文结合国内外企业财务报告社会责任信息披露的基本情况探讨我国企业财务报告的社会责任信息披露内容与方式，以及一些问题，并就当前应该如何建立较为完善的社会责任会计体系提出了相关对策和建议，并展望了企业社会责任会计信息披露的未来前景，希望对实际工作有一定的借鉴意义。

This paper combining domestic and foreign enterprise financial reporting social responsibility information disclosure of the basic situation of the discussion of China's enterprise financial reporting social responsibility information disclosure content and method, and some problems, and put the current should how to establish a relatively perfect the social responsibility accounting system puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions, and prospects the social responsibility of the enterprise accounting information disclosure of the future prospects, hope to practical work have a certain significance.
