论中小企业融资难及对策

【摘  要】中小企业是国民经济发展中的一支重要力量,在促进经济增长和解决劳动力就业方面起着重要作用，但中小企业在发展壮大过程中, 仍然有诸多的因素制约着其发展。目前中小企业发展面临的最大问题就是融资困难，中小企业融资具有融资需求旺盛、融资渠道不畅、融资结构不合理等特点，体制性障碍及中小企业自身的缺陷是造成中小企业融资困难的主要原因。本文从我国中小企业的融资现状入手,分析中小企业融资难的外因和内因,并提出相应的对策。

Financing Difficulty and Its Countermeasures of Small and medium Enterprises
【abstract】The financing of small and medium enterprises has such characteristics as the financing demand is great ,the financing channels is not smooth, and the financing structure is unreasonable. The major causes of the financing difficulties of China's small and medium enterprises are systematic obstacles and their own deficiencies. Starting with the present financing situation of the small and medium enterprises, this thesis analyses their difficulties in policy, intermediary organ and other outside environment factors. Finally, on the basis of our economic reality, it puts forward some effective measures .
