浮尘含量检测系统的信号调理设计

摘  要
 由于环境的污染以及人民生活水平的提高，浮尘含量光检测系统用于监测气体中悬浮物、烟雾等颗粒物的含量显越来越有实际意义。此毕业设计做的是浮尘含量检测系统，此检测系统的检测原理是利用了光的散射和反射的性质，它主要根据浮尘颗粒物对光的散射多少来确定浮尘的含量，若浮尘浓度高，即散射的光便越多，检测到的光就越弱，则输出的电压即越小，反之，若浮尘浓度低，则散射的光便越少，则检测到的光就很强，则输出电压则会比较大。本文主要介绍了一个光电输出信号的信号调理装置，根据光电探测器输出的微弱电信号设计一个信号调理方案，应用到微弱电信号放大检测装置的原理及特点,主要元器件选择运放OP-07，此设计采用两级放大电路，并且与LabVIEW 相结合，可使检测结果更加精确。

Abstract
 Dust content of optical detection system for monitoring gas suspended particles, smoke and other particulate matter content. The detection of this detection system is the use of light scattering and reflection of the nature of the dust particles is mainly based on the number of light scattering to determine the dust content, if the dust density is high, the scattering of light will be more light detected more weak and vice versa. This paper describes an optical output signal of the signal conditioning equipment, according to the weak optical detector output signals to design a signal conditioning program, applied to the weak principle of amplifying and detecting devices and features, the main components used in the op amp OP-07 This design uses a two-stage amplifier circuit, and combined with LabVIEW, make test results more accurate.
