大楠溪景区南入口修建性详细规划

【摘要】规划地块位于温州市永嘉县岩头镇上烘头村，是楠溪江国家风景名胜区大楠溪景区的南入口，总用地规模约为17公顷。地块的东面以原41省道与楠溪江相隔，西面临上烘头村、下烘头村的二个农村居民点。
 以科学的发展观统领旅游业的发展，规划立足现在，放眼长远。以大楠溪景区为重点，大力挖掘其适合发展休闲游憩的自然旅游资源和人文旅游资源的体验价值，突出生态环境优势，以可持续发展为目标，通盘考虑，有序发展。通过资源整合、特色创新，抢占行业竞争制高点，把风景旅游区建成以自然风光为基础，自然景观为特色，具有观光游览、参与体验、休闲度假等多功能的综合性旅游区。同时，结合新农村建设，通过旅游开发，改善农村的生活条件和环境卫生，把旅游业作为发展第三产业的引擎、生态建设的助推器，使本规划具有“高起点，高品位，高前瞻性”。
