杭州市留下地块控制性详细规划
摘要：
    留下镇地处杭城西大门，东近市中心，南连西湖风景区和之江国家旅游度假区，西与余杭区接壤，北与西溪湿地景区相通。该镇水陆交通便捷，杭徽公路穿镇而过，留下河与运河相通，成为杭州市旅游西进的大通道。
    留下地块以前曾于不同时段对局部地段编制过规划，但原有规划缺乏对区域的整体考虑，与现阶段的实际发展要求存在着一定差距，而且由于形势出现一系列的变化，管理单元内的留下老街成为杭州市新增保护的历史地段，西溪湿地对其周边地区提出了景观控制要求，该片区所处地段的特殊性决定其景观和生态敏感度不容忽视。
 对此，我们小组在现状调研、充分了解现有土地审批的基础上，发现环境、路网、功能等问题，并对交通、景观、建筑高度和建筑质量等采取了科学的分析，整合原有规划，并根据留下地区的发展需要，从用地布局、道路交通等方面制定了该区域的详细规划，并在后期提出了规范的控制性指标体系和城市设计理念，以期全面提升杭州城市西部留下地区的整体功能，促进区域的共同协调发展。

ABSTRACT:
   LIUXIA is on the west front door of HangZhou, the east is near the city center, south connects the West Lake and holiday area of ZhiJiang, west connects the YuHang area , north connects the beauty spot of XiXi marsh. The terraqueous transports of the town are convenient, and Hanghui highway gets through the town, leaving river and canal interlinked, which become the big passage for traveling the west of Hangzhou.
    LIUXIA had made plans for some place several times in different times, but the plans are lake of the consideration for the whole area, and are not accordance with the practical development. Further more, with the changes of the situation, the old street of LIUXIA in the administration unit has become the historical place in Hangzhou, so XIXI marsh has raised the require of sight controlling to the areas around it..     
    So, on the basis of the present condition investigation and knowing the examination and approval to the existing land, our group discovers problems, such as environment, network and function, etc, and makes the scientific analysis for the transport, sights, the high and quality of the structures, and so on. With arranging and combining the original plans and in terms of the need of development in LIUXIA, we also makes the detail plans for this areas on the hand of the composition and the transport, and gives the normative ideal of the controlled index system and city designing, in order to upgrade the whole functions of LIUXIA in Hang Zhou and promote the mutual development among the different areas.
