 规划对布局杂乱、低矮、破旧的的建筑和违章建筑，按照统一标准进行妥善处理。对于日照间距不足的建筑和不能满足消防要求的建筑，采用以下三种整治思路：①对于建筑质量较好，符合规划要求的则保留；②对部分建筑质量一般，拆迁难度相对较大，但不影响村庄整体布局的建筑采取墙面整饬，局部改造的措施，使其与村庄整体环境相协调；③对于部分建筑质量不好，对整体布局冲突不大的一层建筑采取暂时保留的态度，鼓励村民自主拆迁或要求对建筑外墙面进行粉刷。旧村内整理出来的少量空地规划设置组团游园、公共停车场等。居住建筑的整治主要集中在对外立面的改造和整治，以及对临时简易建筑的改造和拆除，改善村庄环境，提升村庄整体建设品质。

The construction is insufficient which regarding the sunshine spacing and cannot satisfy the fire request the construction, uses following three kind of improvement mentality:①Is good regarding the construction quality, conforms to the plan request retention; ②Is ordinary to the part construction quality, relocation difficulty relative big, but does not affect the village overall layout the construction to adopt the wall surface to put in order, the partial transformation measure, causes it to coordinate with the village overall environment ③Is not good regarding the part construction quality, adopts the abeyance to an overall layout conflict not big building the manner, encourages the villagers to relocate or the request independently the wall surface carries on to the construction outside whitewashes. In the old village reorganizes the few open area plan establishment group visits a park, the public parking lot and so on. The housing construction improvement mainly concentrates in foreign sets up the surface the transformation and the improvement, as well as to the temporary simple construction transformation and the demolition, improves the village environment, promotes the village whole construction quality.
