摘要
随着社会经济的发展，人们对智能住宅的要求越来越高，中央控制器作为其电器控制系统的核心设备正在迅猛的发展着。中央控制器的硬件电路，软件设计的更新也是日新月异。本设计详细介绍了中央控制器的系统设计，包括硬件设计和软件设计两部分。
在单片机的控制原理方面，详细介绍了AT89C52各个引脚的功能、晶振电路、复位电路等等。还有单片机与其他各种器件的连接问题。关于通过红外遥控控制电器设备方面，阐述了中央控制器是如何通过红外技术实现对信号的接收与发送的，红外遥控接收与发射的系统设计，以及相关的红外遥控知识。另外还涉及了中央控制器接口技术的重要组成部分：光电耦合器、继电器及其驱动电路、串行通信接口技术RS-232，单片机通过RS-232实现与PC机的通讯。

Abstract
With the development of socio-economic, people pay more and more attention to the smart residential. As the core device of electric control system, central controller develops quickly. What’s more, the updates of hardware circuit and software design about central controller are changing every day as well. This work introduces the system design of central controller in detail, including design of hardware and software.
In regard to the principle of single-chip control, this paper introduces the functions of pins, crystal oscillator circuit and Reset circuit of AT89C52 in detail. And it is also about connectivity problems between single-chip and other devices.When refers to Infrared remote control on the adoption of electrical equipment, it explains the realization of signals transmission and inception, system design of infrared transmission and inception, and infrared control with central controller on Infrared Technology. In addition, it is related to the main components of the Interface Technology of central controller: optocoupler, relay and drive circuit, Serial communication interface circuit RS232. Single-chip realizes the communication with PC by RS232.
