摘要

 在社会主义新农村的前提下，当前农网存在诸多弊端，如人工抄表费时费力、抄表的准确性无法保证等。
 本文详细介绍了农网远程自动抄表系统设计。其中简要介绍了抄表系统所采用的电能表，重点介绍了抄表系统中的各层之间的通信方式。该自动抄表系统主要包括系统中采用的电能表部分，数据传输中用到的RS485通信、低压电力线载波通信和GPRS无线通信等通信技术，最后简单叙述了数据管理中心。该抄表系统能很好的解决人工抄表的问题，省时省力，抄表准确，具有重要的意义。

 ABSTRACT
 In the premise of new socialist countryside, there are many drawbacks of the current Rural, such as artificial Meter reading time-consuming and laborious, the accuracy of meter reading and so on. This paper describes the remote automatic meter reading system of rural power grid technology, which outlined the use of meter-reading system of the power meter, the meter reading system focuses on the means of communication between all levels. The automatic meter reading system including the system used in power meter, and the RS485 communications, low-voltage power line carrier communications, and GPRS wireless communications used in Data transmission. Finally, describe the data management center briefly. The meter reading system do well in solving the problem of manual meter reading, save time and manpower, accurate meter reading, and have great significance.
