摘  要
    本文依据电机控制技术和单片机技术的发展，从人们日趋严重的健康问题出发，设计出一款功能齐全，价格低廉，工作可靠而又便于人们使用的按摩机。它包含了两大核心技术：
1.PWM调速控制直流电机，PWM（Pulse Width Modulation，脉宽调制）是利用微处理器的数字输出来对模拟电路进行控制的一种非常有效的技术，广泛应用在从测量、通信到功率控制与变换的许多领域中。
2.单片机控制技术。单片机在如今的电子产品中无处不在，通过软件我们可以实现各种功能，低廉的成本更使它成为不二之选。
两大技术的支持下，按摩机可以轻松实现其功能，成为保健器材的首选。

Abstract
   This article rests on the motor control technology and the monolithic integrated circuit technology development, embarks day by day from the people serious healthy problem, designs a section of function to be formidable, the low in price, the operation reliable and is advantageous for the massage which machine the people use. It has contained two big core technologies:
1.the PWM velocity modulation control direct current machine, PWM (Pulse Width Modulation, pulse-duration modulation) is loses using microprocessor's digit carries on the control to the analogous circuit one kind of very effective technology, the widespread application from the survey, corresponds to the power control and in transformation many domains.
2.The monolithic integrated circuit is nearly ubiquitous in present's electronic products, we may realize each kind of function through the software, the inexpensive cost is it does not become two electing. under the two big technology's supports, the massage machine may with ease realize its function, becomes the health care equipment's first choice.
