摘   要
     在图书馆的门上安置一个光电可逆计数器,记录在图书馆内的人数,进一个人计数器加一,出一个人减一,当人数为0的时候,电灯在任何情况下都不会被点亮。2,在窗口附近,安装一个亮度传感器,测自然光亮度。当人数大与0时,如果室内光照达到预先设置的值(晴朗的白天),室内的灯全灭。当室内光强达不到预先设置的值时(夜晚或阴天),判断人数,亮灯个数=基数+变数。本系统通过判断人的进出情况,把自习室当前的人数同过LED数码管动态显示出来。并综合人数和室内亮度判断亮灯的情况。
学校图书馆的图书馆,自习室以及书库等地是出入人数较多的地方。因此,这些地方的灯光照明几乎是从上班开始直到下班为止,不管这些地方是否有人,也不管有多少人。当日照满足照明度要求时,把灯熄灭,一旦自然光照度难以满足人的需要时,不能及时打开灯光,给人的视力带来损害。显然这种照明方式,从照明的角度上来说是非节能的;从人的角度来看,根本不能满足人的基本的照明要求。科技以人为本,从人的需求出发:即在有人活动的地方必须有足够的照度(无论是日照还是人工照度);没有人的区域,应该熄灭灯光,以节约能源。

Abstract:
 Places an electro-optical reversible counter in the library gate, records in the library the population, enters a person counter to add one, has a person to reduce one, when the population is 0 time, the electric lamp will not be lightened in any situation. 2nd, nearby the window, installs a brightness sensor, measures the natural radiance. When population greatly with 0, if the indoor illumination achieves the value which establishes in advance (sunny daytime), the indoor lamp all extinguishes. When the indoor luminous intensity cannot achieve when the value which establishes in advance (night or cloudy day), the judgment population, turns on a light the integer = cardinal number + variable. This system through assesses person's turnover situation, dynamic has demonstrated the independent-study hall current population with the LED nixietube. And synthesizes the situation which the population and the ambient brightness judgment turn on a light. School library's library, places such as independent-study hall as well as book stacks come in and go out population many places. Therefore, these place's light illumination is nearly from goes to work starts until getting off work, no matter these places whether to have the human, also, no matter some how many people. The same day according to when satisfies the illuminance request, lamp extinguishment, once the natural illuminance meets time with difficulty person's needs, cannot open the light promptly, brings the harm for person's vision. Obviously this illumination way, from the illumination angle the right and wrong energy conservation; Looking from person's angle, simply cannot satisfy person's basic illumination request. The science and technology is humanist, embarks from person's demand: Namely the place which moves in some people must have the enough degree of illumination (, regardless of being sunshine or artificial degree of illumination); Nobody's region, should extinguish the light, by saves the energy.
