论当前房地产的发展形势趋势与争论

摘要
 房地产这个产业作为宏观经济的基础性产业、先导性产业，不仅关乎世界各国的经济发展，而且已成为国民经济的新的增长点，对于世界各国的经济增长都具有十分重大的意义。房地产业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分，在国民经济中占有极其重要的地位，是我国GDP中占较大比重的一部分。
 本文从房地产经济理论入手，阐述了关于房地产泡沫的争论，并着重分析了我国房地产的发展趋势，提出了促进房地产市场可持续发展的对策，希望为今后的研究提供帮助。

 Summary
 The real estate industry as a basic industry of macroeconomic, guiding industry, not only related to the economic development of countries in the world and has become a new growth point of national economy, the economic growth of countries in the world has great significance. Real estate is an important part of our national economy, in the national economy occupies an extremely important position in China's GDP accounted for as part of a larger proportion.
 This economic theory from the start of real estate, described the debate on the real estate bubble, and analyzes the development trend of China's real estate, real estate market made the promotion of sustainable development measures, hoping to provide help for future research.
