浅谈外贸企业的出口风险管理

摘   要

     我国加入ＷＴＯ之后,与世界市场的联系更加紧密,出口额不断增加,但出口收汇受世界市场价格波动的影响也越来越大。在我国的出口企业中,中小企业占绝大多数,且许多原先没有进出口业务的企业也加入进来,造成了进出口企业分析、驾驭市场的能力参差不齐。加之我国从事国际贸易的合格专业人员相对较少,使出口风险不断成为各个企业不得不面临的一大难题,并且受到国家商务部以及外贸人士的广泛关注.
本^论文的基本结构如下：首先简单阐述出口风险的定义以及我国出口的现状。其次，分析了产生出口风险的因素以及各个因素产生的主要原因。最后，提出几种规避出口风险的管理方法。
出口风险的管理是一项长期而艰巨的任务，并且在任何时候都不能松懈。

Abstract

After entering into the WTO, the relationship between China and the world is more closely. The volume of export is gradually rising. The fluctuating of the world market price has a more and more strong effect on collections of export enterprises. Among our export enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises take a large proportion; meanwhile, the corporations which originally do not have the right of export have joined in, leading to being irregular on cognition, analysis of companies and the ability of controlling market. What is more, professional specialized persons being relative few add to the risk of exporting. The exporting risks are paid more and more attention.
This thesis is based on studying the present situation of our country’s export business. Then, it emphasizes on the factors of resulting in exporting risk and dwells on the reasons which the exporting risks exist for. At last, several ideas of solving these questions are taken up.
The managing of exporting risk is a long-standing problem. We should pay every time attention on it.
