粤港两地环境合作中存在的问题及应对措施

摘   要

     香港和广东在改革开放的政策下走到了一起，双方通过经济合作促进了两地的经济腾飞。但在两地经济越来越发达的情况下，环境问题渐渐凸现出来。广东已经意识到环境问题必须重视；而香港的空气和饮用水都受到了污染。另外，广东对资源的利用效率低，产业技术水平止步不前……在这种情况下，促进环境保护，已经成为粤港两地经济持续发展的重要保证。
本文阐述了双方环境保护合作的现状和不足；集中探讨了香港和广东在环境保护中进行区域合作的必要性；通过例子分析了在可持续发展的战略下两地进行环境区域合作对双方经济发展的意义；并针对双方在环境区域合作上的不足提出了几点意见。

Abstract

Guangdong and Hong Kong’s cooperation starts at the beginning of the reform and the open policy. During these yeas, Guangdong and HK have been made a great development in economy. In this condition, the environment problem has been paid close attention by people. Guangdong found they are suffering environment problems and HK found their air and drinking water have been polluted. In addition, Guangdong has a low resource utilization efficiency and the industry technology level doesn’t make progress. So, it is important to promote environment protection and pursue the sustainable development strategy.
This thesis mentions the current situation and the shortage in the environment protection corporation between Guangdong and HK, mainly discusses the importance of the corporate in environment protection. It analyzes the purpose of the environment protection corporation under the sustainable development strategy by some examples. And at last gives some advises on the problems during the environment protection corporation.
