出口企业绿色供应链构建中存在的问题与对策

摘    要

      工业化进程的深入给人类社会带来了巨大的财富，但同时也给环境带来了严重的威胁。于是近几十年来人类越来越重视环境问题，表现在消费行为上就是消费者对绿色产品越来越迫切的要求。另外，随着非关税壁垒的逐步拆除，绿色壁垒悄然升起，成为发达国家阻止发展中国家出口品的一道天然屏障，而我国主要出口市场正是美国、欧盟、日本这样的发达国家。
本文认为，为了满足消费者对绿色产品的要求和越过发达国家构筑的绿色壁垒、赢得更广阔的发展空间，绿色供应链构建对出口企业的重要性不言而喻，但由于绿色供应链在概念上还不成熟，在实践上也还处于起步阶段，我国出口企业在绿色供应链构建中还存在很多问题，如构建绿色供应链的企业数量偏少，环保材料使用不足等。最后本文从政府和企业两个层面对出口企业绿色供应链构建提出了建议。

Abstract

The further process of industrialization creates great fortune for human society, while the serious threat to environment has been caused subsequently. Thus, in recent decades, more and more concerns have been focused on the problem of environment, while on the consumption of badly- needed green commodities. On the other hand, with the gradual recede of non-tariff barrier, the Green Barrier，an natural barrier for developed countries to prevent the export of developing countries, has come to being silencely. Meanwhile, our target export markets are mainly developed countries, such as USA, Japan and Europe.
The thesis holds the opinion that in order to meet with the consumption requirements and avoid the Green Barrier of developed countries and win more potential developing space, it is very important to construct the Green Supply Chain. However, due to the immature in concept and the beginning phase in practice, many problems have still existed in our export enterprises, such as a few enterprises building Green Supply Chain, lack of use of the environment-protection materials and so on. At last, the thesis puts forward to the counter-measures to Green Supply Chain built by export enterprises from two aspects of government and corporation.
