我国出口企业开展保理业务的风险及其防范

摘    要

      随着当今国际贸易的迅速发展，国际市场竞争日益加剧，原先的卖方市场已逐步转变为买方市场，竞争也不再局限于质量、价格等方面，贸易结算方式也成为各出口企业争夺国外市场时考虑的一个重要因素，非信用证结算方式在对外贸易结算中所占的比重越来越大。国际保理作为一项能够提供风险担保与资金融通的综合性金融业务，由于顺应了非信用证结算的发展趋势，在世界各国发展很快，伴随着对外贸易总量的迅猛增长，国际保理在我国的发展前景也将是十分广阔的。为进一步促进这一新型业务在我国的推广应用，我们应该借鉴发达国家和地区在开展保理业务方面的经验，加快保理立法进程，加大对保理业的投入，加速电子商务的应用，保理商也要注重与保险公司合作，加强风险控制，使出口企业尤其是中小企业充分认识到国际保理业务所能带来的利益，进而提高国际保理在国际贸易领域中的应用比例。在提高产品质量与服务的前提下，通过采取对买方更有利的结算方式增强出口竞争力，争取更多客户以进一步拓宽国际市场。

Abstract

With the fast development of International Trade in recent years, the competition of the Market is becoming increasing fierce, the old Seller’s Market has changed into the Buyer’s Market and the Settlement has also been given more consideration during the competition. Non-Credit Settlement has seen a growing proportion. Under such changing situation, International Factoring, a comprehensive finance business which combines of risk guarantee and financing has been developing fast in global scope. Rapid increase of Foreign Trade Gross in China will bring a bright future to International Factoring Industry as well. In order to promote the further utilization in our country, we should learn from other advanced countries and regions, speed up the Legislation of relevant laws, increase the devotion to the International Factoring, fasten the usage of E-Business as well as cooperate with Insurance Company to control the potential risks. Moreover, the Export Enterprises especially the Small and Medium Sized Enterprises should pay more attention to this New Business and fully aware of the benefits which can bring about, rise the proportion of International Factoring in the International Settlements, strengthen its competition under the premise of improved quality of the products and the services, gain a larger share in the International Market therefore.
