浙江纺织企业发展低碳经济的思考

摘  要

     随着气候问题的日益严峻和资源供求矛盾的日益突出，低碳经济正越来越受到国际社会的关注，世界上诸多国家，尤其是以英国美国为代表的发达国家，先后将发展低碳经济付诸实践。浙江纺织工业，作为中国的传统产业和出口支柱产业，具有高耗能高污染的特点，为顺应全球趋势，走出现有困境，我们需要探索适合纺织业发展的低碳经济模式。
 本文以浙江地区的从事纺织品贸易的国有企业浙江省纺织品进出口集团为例，采用SWOT分析法，详细分析了该集团公司发展低碳经济的优势劣势，机遇及威胁，并结合国内外发展低碳经济的实践成果，从宏观、中观、微观三个层次，政府、行业、企业三个角度对浙江纺织企业发展低碳经济进行了对策分析。文章有局限性，但也有实践借鉴作用。

ABSTRACT

 With problem of climate change ，as well as the contradiction between supply and demand of energy stays increasingly prominent，low-carbon economy has caught increasingly attention from governments of many countries around the world，many countries，in particularly the developed countries on behalf of  U.K and U.S.A，has  put the low-carbon economy into practical use.
 Zhejiang textile industry ，as the tradition  and  the pillar industry of China，has the characters of high energy consumption and high pollution.To go with the tide of globe，also to go through the recent predicament，we need to search for the suitable way for the textile industry to development low-carbon economy.
 This paper takes the example of ZheJiang Textile Import And Export Group Corporation ，a state-owned Corporation in ZheJiang area，via SWOT analysis tool，analysis the strength、weakness、opportunity as well as the threat of this corporation to develop low-carbon economy in detail.And combined with the achievements of low-carbon economy practices both home and aboard，from three levels of macro，middle-view，micro，three prospects of government，analysis the countermeasures for ZheJiang textile industry to development low-carbon economy.This paper has it's limitations，but to some extent，has practical reference use.
