^论文编号:GM441 ^论文字数:14732.页数:23 摘 要 外资企业本地研发是其国际化战略的重要步骤，江苏因其良好的经济发展形势及环境，已成为海外企业在华设立研究的重要基地。同时这种研发，也在很大程度上推动着江苏企业的自主创新能力。 ABSTRACT Foreign direct investment of overseas enterprises is en important step for their internationalization strategy .Due to Jiangsu's good economic development condition and environment, it has become an important research base for the overseas enterprises in China. At the same time, this kind of research and development also promotes the self -innovative ability of Jiangsu enterprises to a great extent. Scholars both at home and abroad argue the influences which FDI has effected the self-innovation of Jiangsu enterprises. They regard that such R&D brings both the positive and negative effects. The article mainly focuses on the FDI’s positive impacts on the self-innovation of Jiangsu enterprises. Four positive benefits are elucidated, such as technology spillover, transnational flow of konwledge and the already-got model effects ect. Through these arguments, it has proved that FDI can push the development of local enterprises in Jiangsu. Meanwhile, the above arguments also point out the lack level of self-innovation in Zhejiang’s enterprises. FDI in Jiangsu province has enlightened the self-innovation of Zhejiang corporations. For example, relying on the industry union in Yangze delta region and government support to enhance Zhejiang enterprises’ capability of attracing forrign investment and self-innovation.
