金融危机下传统行业中小民营企业的转型与发展-以桐昆集团为例

摘  要
 
 金融危机对中国传统中小企业是个巨大的打击，化纤行业也不例外。本文以浙江化纤企业代表之一桐昆集团为例，桐昆集团在金融危机下主营业务化纤严重缩水，而向房地产进军获得了较好的收益，在主营业务不变的情况下，企业转型初步成功。本文应用SWOT分析法和转型的基本理论对公司的数据、资料的采集和分析，研究桐昆在金融危机下的转型和发展，研究桐昆转型的原因和风险，对桐昆集团转型进行分析，最后以桐昆为例子，希望能对中小企业渡过金融危机和对中小企业的转型发展提供一定的参考价值。

ABSTRACT
 
 2008 financial crisis on  Traditional Chinese SMEs is a traditional big blow, no cases of chemical fiber industry. In this paper, Tong Kun Group is a representative of  Zhejiang chemical fiber enterprises , for example, its primary business is worse under the financial crisis ,but it got a lot of profit in real estate.When its primary business has not changed,it succeed in transformation firstly.The article including the SWOT theory and basic transformation theory . The article studys transformation and development about the company which under  financial crisis,and studys the reason and risk of its transformation.Italso does analysis about transformation of Tongkun group.Finally,taking Tongkun for example,hope this article will be valuable to the company in the financial crisis and give help to their transformation and development.
