金融危机下部分外贸企业不衰反盛的原因分析---基于核心竞争力视角

摘要
 2008年金融危机冲击下我国有些外贸企业遭受重创而有些则不衰反盛，在这样的背景下，本文结合我国外贸企业自身的特点及现状，分析了两种外贸企业在金融危机中反应差异如此之大的原因，得出了造成这种差异主要是因为企业核心竞争力的不同。综合国内外学者对于外贸企业核心竞争力研究，本文提出外贸企业核心竞争力的概念、特征、构成要素，最后提出在“后金融危机时代”外贸企业应如何培育与提升自身的核心竞争力，从而为我国外贸企业提高国际竞争力，更好地应对“后金融危机时代”的挑战提供参考。

Abstract

    Under the impact of the financial crisis in 2008, some foreign trade enterprises suffered heavy losses while some others were not defeated, in such background, combining the characcteristics and  current situations of China's foreign trade enterprises , the  paper analyzed why  the response of  these two kinds of foreign  trade  enterprises  is so different, and worked out that their core competitiveness is different. Intergrating the study of  foreign trade enterprises' core competitiveness from in ternal and external scholars, this paper proposed the concepet、characteristics and elements of  foreign trade enterprises' core competitiveness, and finally proposed that in "post-crisis era," what foreign trade enterprises can do to cultivate  and improve their own core competitiveness ,in order to offer the reference for China 's foreign trade enterprises to improve the internatinal competitiveness ,so that they can react to the challenges in "post-crisis era" better.
