摘  要

 随着知识经济时代的到来，知识产权贸易成为国际贸易的主要形式，知识产权日益渗透到货物贸易与服务贸易领域。世界贸易组织（WTO）也将知识产权贸易视为其三大支柱之一。近十几年来，世界知识产权贸易不仅在绝对值上保持高速增长，而且增长速率也在不断提高，知识产权贸易的发展应该引起各国的重视，包括正在建设创新型国家的中国，一国的知识产权贸易竞争力在一定程度上可以反映一国的自主创新能力。知识产权贸易分析的文献研究与商品和服务贸易分析相比寥寥无几，本文旨在通过TC指数，对中国和世界主要知识产权贸易国的贸易竞争力进行分析，阐述企业知识产权贸易竞争力的内涵，结合我国实际情况分析企业知识产权贸易竞争力存在的问题，进而阐明自主创新的重要性以及提出对策建议。
 本文通过多层面、多角度理论研究发现以下结果：第一，我国贸易大国的地位并没有导致知识产权贸易竞争力的改善；第二，本文通过计算TC指数得出我国知识产权贸易竞争力的优劣势；第三，我国知识产权贸易保护的重要性和必然性；第四，加强我国知识产权贸易竞争力的对策和提高自主创新能力。

 ABSTRACT

 As the knowledge economy era is coming, intellectual property trade  is becoming the main form of international trade, Intellectual property rights increasingly permeate the field of trade in goods and services trade.  The World Trade Organization (WTO) take intellectual property  trade as one of its three pillars. Over the last decade, World Intellectual Property trade not only in absolute terms to maintain high-speed expansion, but also the growth rate is also rising, Intellectual property and trade development should be lead to national attention. Including China, which  is building  the innovative country. The Analysis of Trade of Intellectual Property Rights compared to  the Trade of goods and services is very few. This article aims to use TC index, Through comparative analysis and  multidimensional of intellectual property rights in China and the world's major trading nations in the trade competitiveness, Explain the competitiveness of the connotation of Intellectual Property, and connected to the  problems of intellectual property in the actual situation of enterprises in our country. Further more clarify the importance of independent innovation and to propose suggestions at the same time.
 This paper finds the following results through multi-level, multi-angle theory study.  First, the status of China's largest trading did not lead to the improvement of trade competitiveness, intellectual property rights; Second, this paper through calculating TC index to obtain trade competitiveness of China's intellectual property strengths and weaknesses;
Third, the importance and necessity of protecting our intellectual property trade ; Fourth, to strengthen the competitiveness of China's intellectual property rights trade  and  take positive innovation.
